These are manufacturer specifications from MSI's 8 GB datasheet and 16 GB datasheet. They are global product documents, so they do not establish availability in the United States.

Memory capacity is the main specification difference

Both cards list 4,608 CUDA cores, a 128-bit memory bus and a 28 Gbps memory data rate. MSI gives both a 2,602 MHz boost clock and a separate 2,617 MHz Extreme Performance setting associated with MSI Center. The software setting is a published operating option, not a measured sustained clock.

The 16 GB card provides more memory capacity. Choosing between the two still depends on the applications, settings and price being considered. These documents contain no workload results that establish how much faster either card is, whether a particular game exceeds 8 GB, or whether an upgrade is worth a particular premium.

Check the whole installation

The shared published envelope gives a useful starting point for measuring a case. Check the available space, adjacent obstructions and room for the power cable against the actual system. Matching dimensions alone cannot certify compatibility.

MSI describes the interface as PCI Express Gen 5 x16 using eight lanes. Keep the connector description and active lane count distinct when checking a motherboard. Neither label is a benchmark of performance in a particular host.

The 180 W figure describes the card's listed power consumption; the 600 W figure is MSI's recommended system PSU. They describe different things. Check the actual PSU and its appropriate power lead, rather than treating a wattage label alone as proof that an installation is suitable.

Both boards list three DisplayPort 2.1b outputs and one HDMI 2.1b output, with support for up to four displays. The quoted maximum display resolution is not a claim about playable gaming frame rates.

Match the complete model name

VENTUS 2X OC PLUS is the pair compared here. A listing for BLACK PLUS, another cooler, or a seller's alternate part code needs its own identity check. A product photograph or colour label cannot resolve a mismatched model number.

These retail-board identities also cannot be assigned to a prebuilt Codex desktop merely because its specification says RTX 5060 Ti with 8 GB or 16 GB of memory. The installed board requires separate evidence.

Disclosure: This is a comparison of manufacturer specifications, not a hands-on review. No gaming, noise, temperature or measured power results are claimed. No seller offer or region-specific warranty conclusion is included.
