Reading the site

The pages in this release include no third-party advertising or analytics scripts. The website’s hosting provider may process request information to operate the service.

Newsletter requests

The signup area shows whether The Milk Run is open. When available, the form asks for your email address and affirmative consent. We store your request, consent record and subscription preferences using Hostinger, and use SendGrid to send a confirmation email and provide the newsletter service. A request is not a completed subscription: you must confirm it, and subscription processing must finish.

We limit repeated requests to protect the form from abuse. Confirmation and preferences links are private to you; avoid sharing them. You can withdraw a request or unsubscribe through the preferences link without creating an account. We retain a withdrawal record so an old confirmation link cannot reactivate your subscription.

Do not submit sensitive personal information through the newsletter form. When signup is closed, we do not collect email addresses through it. Each newsletter must include a way to unsubscribe. For privacy questions, use our contact information.
